Theft

Officers were dispatched to the [redacted home address] regarding a male who was trespassing on property and was being combative with onsite security. The male then stole a bike and fled the area. Eventually, the male was located, became combative with officers, and resisted their efforts to take him into custody. He was arrested and charged with theft, obstructing a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
