Trespassing

Officers investigated a report of a male threatening another person before leaving the area in a vehicle. Officers located the subject, and when they attempted to speak with him, he fled on foot for a short distance. The 36-year-old male was located and believed to be intoxicated. He was eventually arrested and charged with DUI (1st offense), obstructing a peace officer, and trespassing.
