Reckless PL / Driver; COLORADO AVE the german shepard chased a pedestrian other dog is a springer spaniel; GREY SUBARU IS LEAVING NOW HEADED TOWARDS WF FROM DOG PARK; Made contact with suspect who stated he put his dogs in the park while he was programming a key. Officer advised him to keep control of his dogs at all times. Officer did not see any 944 or paraphernalia. RP was advised of findings and was content. Nothing further. . ; ONE IS A GERMAN SHEPARD
